Abstract:

ZnFe2O4 nanopowders were synthesized by hydrothermal method with ionic liquids assisted.The effects of temperature,pressure and reaction condition on crystal phase,particle size were studied by XRD and TEM.The results showed that all samples were single-phase ZnFe2O4.The difference between full width at half maximum of XRD and variable temperature and environment was visible.The grain size was refined efficiently with increasing temperature and promoting the formation of the grain.In addition,the formation of the grain was influenced by pressure.Moreover,adding appropriate ionic liquids PF6 during the reaction process,the grain size was refined,and the formation of the grain was promoted.
